• iCloud sync is used to keep your app settings and infusion library updated across your devices.

6. Your Choices & Rights

• Providing your email is optional.
• You may request deletion of your email and associated records by contacting us.
• You can delete the app at any time to remove data stored locally on your device.
• Your rights may vary depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., NZ Privacy Act, GDPR); we will honor applicable rights requests.

7. Children

SmartPump is intended for professional clinical use and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction).
